Lamont Farmer
President of the Property Management Division
Lamont and her late husband, Lyston Farmer, founded Lyston Farmer & Associates in 1989, and after his death, several real estate companies approached her about a merger. Only one company shared Lamont's high standards of customer service – York Properties, Inc. Lyston Farmer & Associates merged with York in December 1999, and Lamont became President of York's Property Management Division. With 18 years of real estate experience, including ownership in both commercial and multi-family properties, Lamont brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to York's business of serving property owners and tenants with the highest level of service and professionalism available in the Triangle. Lamont holds a North Carolina real estate license and is working toward her CCIM designation through the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR).

Lynne Worth, CSM,CPM,ARM
Vice President Retail Leasing
Property Management Division
Lynne Worth has been with York Properties since 1978 and has been involved in property management and retail leasing. She is an active member of
the Institute of Real Estate Management and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Ms. Worth's other professional affiliations include Raleigh-Wake Board of Realtors, Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors
and Raleigh Professional Women's Forum. She served as Chapter President of Institute of Real Estate Management and received the CPM of the Year Award from the Eastern NC Chapter in 1998. Ms. Worth has also served as a board member of the local YWCA , Planned Parenthood of the Capital & Coast and
was a former board chairman of The Housing Authority of the City of Raleigh.

John A. Koonce
Vice President, Retail
Services
Property Management Division
John
joined York Properties in November
of 2008. John specializes in all
aspects of retail commercial real
estate including landlord and tenant
representation, acquisition, market
analysis and feasibility,
development, and general
consultation. John began his real
estate career in 1996 where he
started as a broker with Shor and
Associates. He worked with Hunter
and Associates before joining the
retail development partnership of
KIMCO-Wakefield in the Carolinas in
2004. In 2002 he was named one of
the triangle’s Heavy Hitters, a
designation given annually by the
Triangle Business Journal to select
local Commercial Brokers. Over the
years John has worked with
institutional clients, national
retailers, mom-and-pop businesses,
and local landowners. Excelling in
customer service, John oversees
retail leasing and sales and
spearheads business development.
An outdoorsman, John was born and
raised in Raleigh and earned his BA
in English and U.S. History from the
University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill. John is a member of
ICSC and the YMCA of Raleigh.

William Calhoun
Property Manager
William has been with York since November 1991. He is a graduate of
Northeastern University in Boston with degrees in Business Administration and Psychology. He has 8 years experience with industrial electronics and
control systems and 12 years experience in residential construction and general contracting. He also has 10 years experience in management of real
estate maintenance, security and landscape services. He is an active member of ICSC
and holds his North Carolina
Real Estate license.

Betsy
Stec
Property Manager
'Betsy has been with York
since August 2005. She is a
graduate of North Carolina State
University, with a degree in
parks, Recreation and Tourism
Management. She was a
scholarship athlete at NC State,
and played on the women's soccer
team. Betsy has over five years
experience in commercial
property development and
property management. She is
currently working towards the
PCM designation with CAI.

Lyle Wilkinson
Property Manager
Holds both real estate salesman, and
General contractor licenses here in
North Carolina. He has over 25 years
experience in most facets of
construction. He has built custom
homes, overseen condominium
projects, and commercial shopping
center construction during his
career. For the last 8 plus years he
has applied his construction skills
as a property manager and
construction supervisor for Lyston
Farmer & Associates and now for York
Properties Incorporated. His current responsibilities find him managing
a mixed bag of properties including commercial buildings and Homeowners
Associations. He is also busy doing commercial retrofit jobs and home repair
jobs.

Kathy Decker
Property Manager
Kathy has been active in property management since 1990, when hired by a local residential property management company. In 1996, she joined York Properties to manage and lease commercial retail and office space. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University. Kathy is actively working toward her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, holds an active NC Real Estate License, and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She is active in the local community through serving as a Volunteer Orientation Trainer and as a Companionship Volunteer for the Wake County SPCA, and serves on the Edenton Street United Methodist Church’s Flower Delivery Committee.

Virginia Davis
Property Manager
Virginia has been with York Properties since October 2004. She holds a real estate brokers license and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Virginia has five years experience as a construction manager and developer’s assistant with projects ranging from multi-housing rehabilitation to office building and mixed - use development.

Ford Patterson
Property Manager
Ford has been with York
Properties since early 2006. He
graduated from North Carolina State
University in 2004 with degrees in
sociology and history. While in
college he oversaw the management of
several rental houses and performed
title searches for a reale state
company in Cary. Ford holds a real
estate brokers license.

Renee Shingleton
Association
Property Manager
Renee joined York Properties
in 1998. She is currently
working towards her CAI
designations. Renee manages a
mixed portfolio of Associations,
including condominiums and
townhomes.

Nancy Richerson, AMS, CMCA
Director of Association Management
Nancy has been active in real
estate, including condominium/towhome
sales, apartment leasing and
management as well as association
management since 1976. In 1994 she
joined York Properties in to manage
the company's residential property
portfolio. Nancy has the AMS, CMCA
designations with CAI and holds a
active NC Real Estate License. She
is currently working towards the
PCAM designation with CAI.
