We currently manage over 70 homeowners’ associations consisting of over 6,900 homes (apartments, condominiums, cooperatives and planned communities). Each association is assigned a team that consists of an association manager, an assistant association manager and a property accountant. Our expertise and attention to detail is reflected in the longevity of our property management accounts.

We have full service maintenance, security and landscaping divisions which are not only available to the associations but to individual homeowners, as well. Our phones are answered on a 24 hours basis with maintenance staff on call in case of emergencies.
