Jamie has been working as Co-Services Coordinator at York Properties since 1994. He has over 20 years of administrative and organizational skills that make him a valuable asset to the York team. He recently has been assigned the duties of Landscape Operations Manager. Before coming to York Properties he served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps as both an Aviation Operations Specialist and Administrative Specialist.

DANNY STAPLETON
Services Coordinator

Danny came to York in 1987 as a Property Maintenance Supervisor and has been involved with all phases of general maintenance and landscaping . Danny's 25 years of experience in the services sector of property management affords him a wealth of knowledge. In 1993 he was assigned the position as a Services Coordinator . His extensive technical experience benefits both the York Services Division and the tenants who look to York for timely responses and assistance.

KENNETH IVEY
Property Services Director

Kenny, a licensed electrician, has been with York Properties since 1991. Starting as an electrician with York, Kenny’s demonstration of his organizational skills and his realm of maintenance and service knowledge enabled him to be promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. Soon thereafter, Kenny's work ethics, diligence and problem solving abilities excelled him to his current position of Property Services Director. He also has education in business management and accounting.

WESLEY SHATTUCK
Executive Director

Wesley Shattuck has over 25 years experience in security and law enforcement. Having worked with three private institutions, two municipalities, and two state agencies he has had the opportunity to work in various positions: Corrections Officer, Police Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Major, and Chief, and Certified Law Enforcement Instructor. Wesley’s extensive training in security and law enforcement make him a valuable asset to the York Team.

BEN ALLEN
Director of Security

Ben has over 17 years experience in the security and law enforcement field. Having worked with five private institutions and one municipality, he has had the opportunity to work in various positions: State Certified Unarmed and Armed Security Officer, Security Supervisor, Operations Manager, Parking Enforcement Officer, Security Patrol Officer, Auxiliary Police Officer, Security Operations Manager, Regional Firearms Instructor, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, Regional Robbery and Theft Investigator, Skip Tracing Investigator, and Current State Certified Security Instructor for North Carolina.

MIKE MCCORMICK
Landscape Manager

Mike has worked with York Properties since 1987. He is a licensed pesticide applicator and a member of the Turfgrass Council of North Carolina. Prior to coming to York, he had 10 years of landscape and irrigation installation and landscape design. Mike oversees the day-to-day and season-to-season operations of York’s Landscaping Division.
