Thorough and accurate reports about finances, property condition, and tenants form the basis of York Properties’ relationship with you.
The strength of our Property Management Division is our professional managers. Each property is assigned to a specific manager, who answers to the owner and tenants. The managers understand the requirements of different types of properties and have at their disposal a full range of services to meet those needs, including construction, maintenance, security, and customized roofing. All property managers have or are studying for a professional designation in their field. York Properties is recognized as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO(r)) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
