At York Properties, we work hard to understand the goals of our clients, so that we can help them make the best real estate decision for their particular need. We have a truly “full-service” shop that can handle any commercial real estate requirement from the leasing to the sale of all categories of commercial property. We are a local company with national affiliates who understand the needs of local landlords and investors. We have a long history of being able to effectively handle the needs of both local and national clients.
In the age of the Internet, a vast array of information is available to anyone with a computer. We feel that clients need advice from seasoned professionals who have transaction experience in the market where the deal is being done. The York Properties team includes specialists in landlord and tenant representation, land sales, investment and user sales and site selection. In the age of specialization and national real estate companies that operate from quarter to quarter and whose primary objective is securing their fees; our long term focus on the Triangle area enables us to focus on our clients.
York Properties’ Commercial Division is currently staffed with 12 full-time brokers who have been with the company an average of 6 years each, which says something about the cooperative spirit and collegial work environment that we feel enables us to better serve our clients. In addition, our sister companies, McDonald-York (construction), and York Ventures (development), offer many ways for us to leverage our companies’ assets to assist our clients in the decision-making process.
Our offices are located in Cameron Village near downtown Raleigh and enable us to cover the Triangle very easily. As the area has grown to encompass more outlying counties, we have become involved with properties and assignments in counties such as Harnett, Johnston, Granville, Wayne, and currently service most of Eastern North Carolina all of the way to the coast.
